Order, Payment and Return Policies
Privacy Policy
This privacy policy discloses the privacy practices for Northeast Two Way Radio Corporation. This privacy notice applies to information collected from our website, as well as information collected in the course of doing business with our customers.

We are the sole owners of the information collected from our website, as well as information obtained from new and
potential customers. We will not sell or rent this information to any third party. This information is used solely in the course of doing business directly with our customers. Unless you ask us not to, we may use this information to contact you in the future regarding new products available for sale, specials, or any changes to this privacy policy.

Return Policy
Northeast Two Way Radio Corporation adheres to a strict policy regarding returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.
Depending on the type of product or service, there may be slight differences in the policies. Each policy is listed below.
Warranty Claim
New Equipment is sold under a manufacturer Warranty. The length of the Warranty depends on the product purchased. Warranty information can be found on the original invoice.
Warranty Claims must be made within the manufacturer Warranty period. For a product with a Warranty Claim, contact our Customer Service department for instructions. Northeast Two Way Radio Corporation will contact the manufacturer regarding the claim. The item will either be repaired or replaced, depending on the circumstances.
Northeast Two Way Radio will cover the cost of shipping for any warranty claim unless the warranty has been voided per the manufacturer due to physical damage.**
New Equipment Return Policy
New equipment purchases may be returned within ten days of the date of delivery provided the equipment is unused in its original packaging, and is in resalable condition*. Customers must contact our Customer Service department for approval.
If approved, an RMA will be issued. A credit will be issued to the customer, minus a 20% restocking fee.

**COVID-19 UPDATE TO RETURN POLICY**
Beginning on March 17, 2020 and until further notice, any equipment accepted for return by Northeast Two Way Radio Corporation will be subject to a “Covid-19 Cleaning Fee” of $100.00 per radio.

Used Equipment Warranty and Return Policy
Used equipment falls into two categories: Remaining Factory Warranty and No Manufacturer Warranty.
Remaining Factory Warranty
If used equipment sold has remaining time left on the original Manufacturer Warranty, the customer will be notified in
advance of the purchase. If a Warranty Claim arises, the Warranty Claim Policy applies.
No Manufacturer Warranty
Used equipment sold by Northeast Two Way Radio Corp. which is no longer covered under a Manufacturer Warranty,
will be sold with a 90 day limited warranty.
Returns of Used Equipment
Used equipment sold by Northeast Two Way Radio is not eligible for return.
Incorrect Order Placed/Received
If a Customer places an incorrect order, they should immediately contact the Customer Service Department. If the items ordered are in stock and have not been delivered to the Customer, the order may be cancelled. If the items have been
ordered from the Manufacturer and have already shipped, the order may be cancelled but a restocking fee of 25% will apply.
If a customer receives any items from their order which are incorrect, they must contact their Sales Representative
within 10-days. No fees will be applied for orders that are delivered incorrectly.
*Items that have been engraved will NOT be accepted for return.
**Manufacturer Warranties are voided due to physical damage to equipment; i.e., Corrosion due to water damage, or
physical damage due to dropping equipment. Order/Payment Policy
All new orders placed must be accompanied by a Purchase Order, a signed Quote, or a Letter of Intent
to Purchase. No order will be processed without one of these three items.
Northeast Two Way Radio provides payment terms of NET 15 Days. However, some orders may require
a deposit or be ‘Due Upon Receipt’. A decision regarding terms will be made for each individual customer.
All payments are required to be made by the terms set forth on the customer invoice. All payments over
30 days past due will be subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month. All overdue accounts will be
subject to credit review. Customers will be responsible for all charges accrued from collection activity.
All orders over $10,000.00(US) require a 50% deposit before the order will be processed. An invoice for
the deposit will be provided, clearly stating the terms of the order.
All orders over $1,000.00 for new customers will require a deposit of 25%. Decisions regarding payment
terms for new customers will be made after the first order is complete.
NE-TALK Customer
All NE-TALK POC equipment and parts sales are required to be paid in full, in advance. All NE-TALK Air-Time
accounts are billed on a monthly basis. Each bill is sent on the 15 th of the month, and is for service for
the following month. Each invoice is due and payable by the 1 st of every month. Accounts not paid in full
by the 5 th of the month will be disconnected until payment in full has been received. A $50 reconnection
fee will be added to the following month’s invoice. New service added mid-month will be billed
separately, on a pro-rated basis. After the first month, it will be combined with the account and billed on
one invoice.
NE-TALK Account Termination
Customers who wish to discontinue their NE-TALK Air Time Service must provide written notification 30
days in advance. If written notification is not received, the account will continue to be billed, and will not
be terminated until all past due balances have been paid.
Referrals
Any existing customer who refers a new customer to Northeast who completes a purchase of at least
$1,000.00 will receive a referral credit of $100 on their account.
